The blessing of him that was ready to perish came upon me: and I caused widow's heart to sing for joy. (If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready. For, lo, wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon string, that they may privily shoot at upright in heart. Therefore shalt thou make them turn their back, when thou shalt make ready thine arrows upon thy strings against face of them).

For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.

Keep thy foot when thou goest to house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil.
