•Light and Airy Clothing - You do not want to show up to a Pilates class wearing huge track pants that weigh about as much as you do. You want your clothes to breathe. You are going to work up a sweat and therefore you want
lightest clothing possible. •Stay Away from
Extras - Extra detailing, such as buttons and zippers, can cause discomfort during your workout and become painful if they are jammed into you when performing certain poses.
•Respect Your Classmates - Be respectful to others in
class and refrain from wearing any clothing which advertises sex, drugs, religion or otherwise as it may be offensive to other individuals taking
class.
Most of all, be comfortable and have fun! The clothing you choose is not as important as
fact that you are improving your lifestyle, creating a better life for yourself and setting a better example for others.
